On December 7, 2018, Cheng Zhicao, Minister of United Front Work Department of Shuangliao Municipal Committee, Wang Wenju, director of Shuangliao Municipal Commerce Bureau and other municipal leaders held a special e-commerce poverty alleviation promotion meeting in Shuangliao City, Jilin Province.
